We provide AI automation and digital marketing services, including AI chatbots, workflow and invoice automation, custom AI integrations, local SEO, paid advertising, content, and web/conversion optimization, as described on our website. Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

As a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, grant the access needed to deliver the agreed services (such as accounts and integrations), and ensure you have the rights to any materials or data you share with us.

Work is performed under a written proposal or statement of work that defines scope, deliverables and fees. We do not bill by the hour. Invoices are due per the terms stated in your proposal; late payments may incur additional fees.

Either party may request changes to scope in writing, which may affect timelines and fees. Cancellation terms are defined in your individual proposal or statement of work.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any third-party platforms involved in delivery.

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you become your property, except for our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, which we retain and may reuse. Third-party software remains subject to its own licenses.

We treat non-public information you share as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services. We expect the same care for any confidential information we share with you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms or non-payment, subject to the terms of your proposal.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
